Caixa provides me with all the security I need to purchase a property.
- The Housing Loan for Non-Residents is aimed at Caixa\'s Non-Resident and potential clients;
- Designed for the purchase of a house in Cabo Verde;
- Financing can be provided in Cabo Verdean Escudos or in Euros.
- To be a Caixa client with a good credit history, or a potential client;
- To have fixed and permanent income domiciled at Caixa;
- To have an effort rate in harmony with the regulations in force;
- To have an effective employment contract with the same company or entity for more than one year;
- To have advance payment in the amount of 30% or more of the value of the asset to be acquired, or to have the corresponding amount in a Caixa’s account;
- Credits and/or other active responsibilities must not be in irregular situation.
The maximum amortization period is 20 (twenty) years.
- Credit application form duly filled and signed;
- Authorisation form to access information in the Risk Center, from all the parties involved (available at our Branches);
- Applicant’s Passport;
- Applicant’s Statement / NIF card;
- Salary / income statement;
- Salary domiciliation statement at the Caixa;
- Employment contract, in case of a hired applicant;
- Copy of marriage certificate, if applicable;
- Land and Property Certificate, up to date (valid for 1 year);
- Updated location plan;
- Architecture project or land surveying.
- Possibility of financing in euros;
- Great opportunity to own a home and/or real estate business;
- Possibility of purchasing a house in Cabo Verde;
- Guarantee of lower instalments, in comparison to other credits;
- Access to other products and services under preferential conditions;
- Allows financing up to 70% for home acquisition, as long as the effort rate allows it;
