- Inter-bank, which involves accounts from different Banks, and which are only effective after one (1) business day.

You can request an international bank transfer through Caixanet and/or Caixa Mobile, with all the convenience and security. Or you may go to any Caixa agency, where you can fill out the relevant form.

If you are abroad and wish to make a transfer to Cabo Verde, you must follow the procedures of the bank on your location.

Western Union Direto na Conta
Western Union Direto na Conta ABMT – Account Based Money Transfer, lançado pela Caixa em parceria com a Western Union, permite aos clientes a realização de operações de envio e recebimento de dinheiro, a partir das suas contas bancárias, via Telefone (sem qualquer necessidade de se deslocar à Agência).
Para aderir ao Serviço de Western Union por Telefone, deve ser cliente da Caixa, e pedir a sua adesão em qualquer uma das Agências ou enviar um email à caixa@caixa.cv de pedido de adesão ao serviço Western Union por telefone, anexando o contrato de adesão ao serviço (MCPG.FM.P.025), devidamente assinado, copia do documento de identificação válido, a partir do e-mail registado na conta do cliente e posteriormente ser-lhe-á atribuído um código para o efeito, de 7 dígitos.
As modalidades de Transferências disponíveis para o cliente, utilizador do serviço da Western Union, são:
- Account to Cash – permite efetuar o envio de dinheiro, por débito direto da sua conta bancária na Caixa;
- Cash to Account – permite receber o dinheiro por crédito, do valor, diretamente na sua conta da Caixa.
