In view of the pandemic situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19), Caixa informs all its valued customers of the following:

1. The Branches will be open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 08:00am to 3:00pm.
2. However, due to the imminent risk of more Coronavirus cases in Cabo Verde and its spread, we warn that the public attendance will preferably be via telephone, e-mail and through the digital channels - Caixa Mobile, Site, Caixanet , and ATMs, which will be available 24 hours a day. You should only go to the Branches in case of extreme necessity.
3. Please note that there will be no public attendance service on Saturdays.
