Advertisement Public Tender - No. 01/CAIXA/2024

• The Executive Committee of the EC is responsible for both contract decisions and expenditure authorization.
• The entity in charge of carrying out the procedure: CECV's internal team.
• Financing: The expenses associated with finalizing the agreement are covered using internal resources.
• Purpose of the Tender: This tender is for the Purchase of 7 (Seven) vehicles.
• Contract performance location: Praia, Cape Verde.
• Contract Duration: The contract remains in effect until the full delivery of the goods specified within the contract, adhering to the delivery timeline outlined in the winning bid.
• Obtaining tender documents: Access to the documents pertaining to this tender is available through the public procurement portal https://www.mf.gov.cv/web/ecompras and the contractor's website www.caixa.cv. Alternatively, individuals interested in obtaining copies of the documents can do so by reaching out to the main office of Caixa Económica de Cabo Verde or by sending an email to procurement@caixa.cv before the tender submission deadline.
• Admission requirements: Individuals or entities with citizenship, registered address, or primary business location within the Republic of Cape Verde are eligible for consideration, provided they do not fall under any of the circumstances outlined in article [70] of the Public Procurement Code.

• Award criteria: The determining factor for the award is the tender that offers the greatest economic advantage, with consideration given to technical specifications, pricing, warranty duration, delivery timeframe, and the duration of the brand's representation in Cape Verde.
• Public act: At 10 a.m. on the business day following the proposal submission deadline, the envelopes received will be publicly opened at Caixa's headquarters.

• Bonds and guarantees - Bonds and guarantees for the tender's maintenance are valid for a period of 60 days.
