Caixa, Cape Verde’s Savings Bank (CECV), functioning as a Financial Intermediary, and in accordance with the provisions outlined in article 34 of Law No. 53/V/98 dated May 11, wishes to notify the shareholders of Enacol – Empresa Nacional de Combustíveis de Cabo Verde, SA (ENA), as well as other concerned parties, that there have been notable variations in the price of Enacol Shares in the recent days. These fluctuations have resulted in a remarkable surge in their value.

For this reason, we recommend that all Enacol shareholders remain vigilant regarding purchase and sale orders that could involve questionable practices, breaching market regulations. These practices could disrupt the regular operations, especially in cases where purchase and sale orders exhibit prices significantly; disconnected from reality and potentially involve manipulative intentions.
