Miraflores Educational Center Secondary School in the city of Praia paid a visit to Caixa Bank on June 3rd as part of the Financial Education and Inclusion promotion Project. 

During the visit, the students were acquainted with crucial life skills such as how they can manage money/ Scholarships. Through the financial education trip, the students were also given tools for greater autonomy in managing their money. Notably, the students were kept abreast on how to use cards (debit and credit), a subject that came in handy as they will soon be transitioning to university.

Later on, they were taken for a tour around the head office branch so as to understand more about the services offered at the facility.

Key to note also, Caixa camped at Miraflores School from June 6 to 10 in an effort aimed at promoting the bank's products and services.

The move to have students trained in our facility is in line with an ongoing commitment by Caixa to promote Financial Education, products, and services and to get closer to the various segments of its public.
