October 31st is World Savings Day.

Over the years, Caixa has celebrated the event with various activities within the scope of social responsibility policy, taking advantage of the occasion to promote debates and reflections on financial education, the importance of savings and the benefits of financial planning.

This year, Caixa is promoting an open conversation with university students, under the slogan Poupança (Savings) suits with me, which will take place on October 30th, at 4:00 pm, in its auditorium, and will be attended by the Board of Directors, students and representatives of ISCEE, Jean Piaget, UNI-CV and Uni Santiago universities, among other guests.

On the occasion, the results of an applied case study will be presented to the university students, to evaluate the level of financial literacy, by Dr. Zuleica Barbosa.

In face of the restrictions imposed by the pandemic context, the other students, professors and interested parties will be able to watch the event, live, via the youtube channel of Caixa.
