We hereby inform our shareholders that, pursuant to the applicable legal provisions and in accordance with the resolution adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Caixa Econômica de Cabo Verde held on 20 July of this year, the appropriation of the net income for the 2025 fiscal year, amounting to CVE 1,919,895,890.00, was approved.

Accordingly, Caixa Econômica de Cabo Verde will proceed with the payment of dividends for the 2025 fiscal year on 3 August of this year, at the amount of CVE 483.00 per share.

We further inform you that Caixa Econômica de Cabo Verde is the financial intermediary responsible for processing the dividend payments.
