Caixa awarded ESQR's 2025 Quality Choice Award

Caixa Económica de Cabo Verde was awarded the 2025 Quality Choice Award by the European Society for Quality Research, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, for its outstanding performance in the area of quality management.

The Quality Choice Award recognizes those who exemplify strong ethical values and innovative practices, demonstrating exceptional success in quality management and a commitment to maximize the potential of their services through quality-oriented practices.

The award ceremony was held on May 29, 2025, in Stockholm, Sweden, as part of the ESQR's annual Quality Choice 2025 convention. The event brought together distinguished business leaders, academic experts, quality professionals, government officials, and diplomats from across Europe, Asia, America, Africa, and Australia, culminating in the presentation of awards to the winners.

The awarding of this prize to Caixa acknowledges the significant impact of its quality management initiatives and policies, reflecting the dedication of its leadership, employees, and entire organizational structure to delivering high-quality global financial services.
