Western Union Transfers by Telephone

Caixa and Western Union launched the ABTM - Account Based Money Transfer, that allows customers that join this service , to send and receive money by phone, from their bank accounts at the Western Union Transfers Network.

 

To join the Western Union by Telephone service, you must be a customer of Caixa and you should fill up the respective application at a Branch.

 

There are two ways of transfers available:

Account to cash - This service allows you to send money thru Western Union by requesting by telephone a debit from your Caixa account.

 

Cash to Account - This service allows a Wester Union service user to receive money by creditting its account at Caixa, thru a telephone request.

 

To join this service, you should contact  the Western Union service available at Caixa Branch, thru phone number (+238) 260 35 71 , at the office hours  (from 8 a.m.  to 3 p.m.) and follow the instructions.
