Empréstimo Poupança Emigrante ( Emigrant Savings Account Loan)

The Emigrant Savings Account holders may apply for a loan under special conditions: The Emigrant Savings Loan.

 

Amounts:

  • For construction/purchase of housing - the balance of the Savings Account up to 5.000.000 (five million Capeverdean Escudos).
  • For investment projects - Double the Savings Account balance up to 15.000.000 (fifteen million Capeverdean Escudos)

 

Access Conditions:

  • Being a holder of Poupança Emigrante (Emigrant Savings) Account for more than 6 months.

 

Advantages:

  • Interest rate on loans subsdized by 25%.
