Event Program Meeting with the emigrants in São Filipe, Fogo - April 30 2015

Drawing`s Regulation - 2 international flights tickets

1. The draft tickets to be filled out will be distributed to the first guests arriving between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., according to the program above;

2. All drawing tickets, dully filled out, must be inserted in the ballot box available no later than 8:00 p.m. in order to be considered valid for the drawing;

3. The prize is a ticket for international travel to any destination operated by TACV;

4. All entrants accept that TACV and Caixa use their information for Marketing purposes, namely sending promotional newsletter, news and other information of both companies;

5. The winner will have up to one year to use the ticket, starting on May 1st 2015;

Rules for using the prize ticket:

6. The prize will be granted upon the issuance of the flight to be used preferably in low season;

7. The prize confers the right to air transport in accordance with company?s rules and does not have any cost to the winner;

8. It is the winner?s responsibility any costs related to the trip and which are not included in the general conditions of the fare (ex: excess of luggage);

9. The flight ticket may be issued to any destination operated by TACV;

10. The flight ticket is not transferable to another passenger;

11. In the event of cancellation or change of the ticket, it shall be charged a ?penalty? to be queried at the time of cancellation or change;

12. It is the responsibility of the winner all the documentation required for the entry into the country chosen for the trip;
