Intended to finance the acquisition or construction of private housing of personal customers with ages above 30. 

Minimum amount to open the account - 20.000,00 (twenty thousand capeverdean escudos) .

  • Increments -  5.000,00 (five thousand capeverdean escudos)

 

  • The minimum contract term is one year, renewable for equal periods.

 

  • The balance of the Poupança-habitaçao (savings-housing) account can be mobilized one year later for the purchase, construction, improvement, restoration and/or expansion of private housing or land acquisition.

 

Advantages:

  • We guarantee the loan on the limit of the debt service rate for accounts with more than two years.
